The purpose of this blog is to expose other people to music that I have been listening to and insights that I wish to share. I am doing this because I truly care for my fellow person and wish to add some pleasantry to his or her human experience.
I encourage those that download from this blog to PURCHASE the album they download from whatever source that makes the album available to him or her to support the artist that gave you the wonerful music you love so dearly; furthermore, I hope that you will consider purchasing the album in the vinyl format, for this format is the utmost of artifactual entities of music to this date.
Purchasing vinyl LPs and continuing to download digital formats will, hopefully and with the best of intentions possible, push the idea that artists should always make available a vinyl LP version of his/her/their music.
There is a rising theme of carelessness amongst American culture that music is easily disposable, and I hope this will help change this horrifying trend. Music is very important to culture and humanity as a whole, and treating it as nothing but background noise is a mistake.
However, if you happen to be an artist I share and you do not want your music offered and spread to more pleased ears, let me know: lookatyourshoe@yahoo.com. I will congenially take your music down.
Understand that these are mp3 files. They are ultimately temporary. They will degrade over time much more quickly than vinyl, cds, tape cassettes, and 8 tracks. Further, the mp3 file contains information of a very simple and poor quality. Therefore, they shouldn't cost anything.
The download link provided gives you the trial version of WinRAR, the primary program and format I use for all albums on my blog; however, the program still works just fine after the trial period has ended.
Download WinRAR, install it, and you should be able to download and unzip all of the albums I've posted with ease.
